The FBC codebase is the practical implementation of the Frequency-Consciousness Thesis. It is an 8-layer cognitive stack built on oscillatory world models, cross-domain phase-lock bridging, goal-directed affordance reasoning, and recursive self-modelling — not token prediction. The repository is public. Researchers, hardware integrators, sovereign AI deployments, and academic institutions can audit the full architecture, extend individual layers, and deploy it locally without cloud dependency. This is the cognitive core that runs inside every Victron unit and every Heimdall humanoid.
